It actually works so well, our entire culture is built on this belief telling us to work hard and bring all our determination to go after the things we want.

We each have a unique way of perceiving ourselves, others, the world and this influences how we achieve success in life.
This way is like a pair of glasses you put on each day, and you don’t even know you’re wearing them. This lens is our worldview and it’s how we see things, (and what we don’t see a.k.a. our blind spots), it’s the habits we know to do and it’s how we decide what is a good or bad day.
This is known as your Current Way. And you’ll come to know it intimately, so that over time, you can easily take off these glasses if you so choose.

Knowing your Current Way creates spaciousness to embrace a New Way.
Out of our work together, will emerge a new vision.
This vision sets the groundwork for a new set of beliefs to guide and inspire you, new habits and practices, and new ways of checking that all is on track.
Over time, with practice & support your New Way becomes natural like your Current Way.
how we will work together
session 1 & 2
In Session 1 we talk about how success happen now. You share what’s working, what’s not, what’s hard, what’s easy. We explore it all.
We also talk about how you’d like it to be, how you want to feel, what you want to happen (and NOT happen) and why it matters so much to you.
In Session 2 you receive a PDF program with your Current Way & New Way + development outcomes + two practices to get going.
session 3
In Session 3 we explore your Current Way in more depth, learning it’s nuances, and making it more visible and known. This creates the needed room (and relief) for your New Way to emerge.
We debrief your practice and create your next practice.
session 4 onwards
Using your program as a guide, we meet every two weeks for a session. In each session we:
1) debrief progress, AHA moments, challenges, resistance and name blind spots.
2) determine which New Way skills feel ready to emerge and practice before next the session.
3) anticipate and prepare for hurdles.
the real work happens between sessions
You’ll leave each session with a meaningful (& interesting) practice to engage in.
Honestly, you’ll be really curious to put this practice into action!
And with each practice you will learn the skills of your new way; a way that is rooted in the new beliefs you have about success.
This won’t feel like “homework”, more like showing up differently in your life.
There will be ease and a deep sense of alignment to the new beliefs you want to guide your life.
And the much needed relief of setting down your old patterns.

You want to go fast and far - success isn’t a destination, it’s a lived practice so pace matters.
You’re not comfortable seeing things from different angles, or getting under the hood or pulling back the layers of the onion.
You only want “accountability” or “butt kicking” to do what you already know you need / want to do - these are not my ways. My tool kit for generating action is deep and you’ll find there are many other ways to boost you (to do the thing you need to do).

We’ll meet twice-monthly to review your program and your practices, what you’re learning and discovering, what’s working and what’s not.
At the end of each session we initiate a new micro-learning cycle and create a new practice.
In order for you to experience change and momentum, there is a minimum commitment of 4 months but once that’s over, you can stay with me as long as you like or cancel at any time.
what’s included:
In month one, 2 x 75 minute sessions focused on discovery and developing your custom program.
A fully customized program that articulates your current and new way, including two metaphors to express this creatively, and 3+ development objectives to guide the ongoing path of learning.
From month two onwards, 2 x 60 minute sessions per month on zoom.
Unlimited What’s App support (M-F) for questions, feedback, encouragement etc. on your program for the duration of the program.
2-3 custom designed practices per month to help you fully experience and learn your new way.
Spot-coaching for emergencies (this is where we might hop on for 20 minutes to troubleshoot between sessions).
A minimum commitment of 4 months, so we can get some traction from the efforts!

frequently asked questions
How much time is involved?
Outside of our coaching sessions, expect to spend 15-20 minutes / day on most days. And it might be more or less. Why? Because practices are co-designed to fit into your life and be actionable.
Are you a life or business coach?
Both. Most of my work with clients plays in the messy middle of life and work. I have some clients actively creating success in work, others in life. And it still always spills over.
Do I need to quit my job to do this?
No, no no, I don’t assuming the change you’re seeking will require a job change, and it might. It’s certainly not a pre-requisite for us working together nor an expectation I’ll ever have.
